Previous reviews are overrated. Only good thing here is location. The room wasn't clean. I saw lot of hair and dust on entering the room and toilet. I can hear other guests talking from their rooms while being at the hallway. My room is twin bedroom but they gave us one chair.

The only plus point for this hotel is that it is across Xi Men Ding shopping area and walking distance to their mrt. The cleanliness of the hotel is disgusting where you can find dusts at corners of the room, aircon blower. Bed was very soft and the sleep was really bad. There is a loud sound that seems like metal knocking throughout the stay from morning until night time. It is loud that it might scare you and will wake up from your sleep. Hotel staff not so friendly. The door handle for the key card and as well as the toilet door handle seems like there are about to fall off. Maybe it is a 3-STAR hotel. Only recommend to stay there for short trip and most of the time out of hotel.

I recently stayed at the hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When we first checked in the room had hair in the sink, they provided an alternative room however the cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dust and dirt in various corners. The towels provided were not only thin and worn but also had noticeable holes. It's disappointing when basic hygiene and comfort standards are not met. This is all such a shame as the hotel was very well located with a metro stip 30secs away and a bus stop to Jiufen 1 min away. I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

I am typically very positive in my reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this accommodation, which unfortunately was less than satisfactory. My main concern was with the staff's attitude during my stay. Firstly, I encountered an issue with my key card, which denied me access to my room. This technical glitch, understandably beyond immediate control, resulted in an inconvenient delay. However, what truly marred my experience was the lack of empathy and assistance from the staff during this incident. There was no apology or offer of prompt help, leaving me stranded outside my room. Additionally, the staff’s approach to checkout times was excessively rigid. I understand the importance of adhering to scheduled checkouts, but being reprimanded for a mere two-minute delay (checkout at 11:02 AM instead of 11:00 AM) seemed unnecessarily harsh. This was particularly disheartening considering my earlier check-in at 9 PM, which was recommended by the staff due to high occupancy. In summary, while I comprehend the challenges of managing a busy accommodation, the lack of courtesy and understanding from the staff significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future guest interactions.

Please do not be tempted by the price, location, and free breakfast like we did. This was definitely not relaxing nor at the very least clean. The first night we got there, there was a power outage and we should have taken that as a bad sign. When we got to the floor of the room (3rd floor) we noticed the carpet was extremely stained and dirty. Then when we opened the door to our room, it just smelled like sewage and mold. We checked our friend’s room next door and it smelled the same. Things got worse, when we went to use the restroom, we noticed stains everywhere and on all the white towels. Our room even had public hair in the shower! Honestly never experience something like this for a 3 star hotel. The carpet, bed sheets, and walls were all extremely dirty as well. To put the cherry on top, the elevators never work right and we had to take the stairs all the time and main desk is on the 13th floor. Whenever they would change the sheets and towels, there were still stains on them. The bad smell never goes away. All in all I would never stay here again, but if you don’t care for cleanliness and can sleep anywhere, the location is a great plus.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
