We stayed at this hotel two separate times (October and then November) during this trip to Taiwan. We booked the rooms with no window. We stayed on the seventh floor in October, the room was average size. Breakfasts were provided on the fourth floor. There were a variety of items including a couple of freshly cooked seasonal vegetables and meat dishes. Juices and on-demand freshly grounded coffee provided in addition to soybean drink. It was a pleasant stay. We returned to this hotel in November after a trip. We stayed in room 917. I woke up the next day and noticed I had red bumps on my arms. Went down to the front desk and spoke to two ladies and showed them the bug bites. They said they have never seen this before and offered to change the sheets for us. I should have insisted on transferring to a new room but knowing how busy they were and might not be able to do that for me. When we checked out the next morning and mentioned the bug bites to the man behind at the front desk. He took that more seriously than the ladies and even took photos of my arms wanting to show them to the management. I hope they can clean up the bed bug problem.

My husband and I were holidaying in Taipei in April 2023 and stayed in this lovely hotel for a few nights. Excellent location and very nice rooms. More importantly, I had a medical emergency during this holiday and the hotel staff were more than helpful. They got a taxi for us so that I can get to the emergency department soonest possible. The staff also helped us communicate to the taxi driver the instructions as we are not effective mandarin speakers. In addition, I had to be hospitalized so my husband had to do extend his stay and checked out on his own later. It was only a few days later that my husband realized he forgot to pack my jewelry. The staff are really wonderful. They kept my jewelry in a safe space and my husband was able to pick them up after some verification. Absolutely wonderful staff in every way. Extremely highly recommended

Great location next to MRT station exit. Located on main shopping street close to shops, restuarants and coffee shops. Old hotel building. Room was a good size, however room was a little dark and could had more lighting. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. I stayed there 2 nights, but only went to breakfast once. Very popular hotel

Larger room sizes than the usual, large comfy bed, excellent ammenities, nice breakfast, convenience of an MRT nearby and some nice restaurants nearby makes the hotel one I will return to when back jn Taipei.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
