Underwhelming and deceptive. The only plus to this hotel was its location and friendly staff. For the amount we payed ($300+AUD/night during peak season) for 2 large beds and an extra frompy single bed, I felt robbed. The hotel address I received and showed my taxi driver took us directly to the 4 star GW hotel (Grand Nanjing), but then we were redirected by front desk to its 3 star GW hotel (Nanjing Mai) a block away. The hotel sign to the 3 star hotel is so small and unnoticeable that we ended up passing it the first night looking for it whilst handling child, infant, and luggage. Crammed entryway leading to the hotel's only elevator, not great for strollers or prams. Mostly shocked by cleanliness of our room. Corners, artwork, and wall skirt area were very dusty from not being wiped down. Wallpaper peeling at corners. The bottom of the beds hadn't been vaccuumed for what looked like months, with more dust, even rubbish and used tissue left behind by former guests.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I booked one of their windowless rooms just to see what it was like.... I light streaming in meant I had great sleeps!!! Room was tiny but that is okay as it suited my needs as a single traveller. Wouldn't recommend if travelling as a couple. Stay were very friendly and nothing was too much of a hassle. Breakfast was below average. It was on off location breakfast and the Green World's hotel near by. Not much variation and there was not heat source under the serving dishes meaning the hot food was cold. Other then that, it was a decent place to stay if you are ok with basic rooms.

Good location and good service by the receptionist. Unfortunately room is getting tired, and room’s carpet didnt look clean. We ordered an extra bed and it was extremely firm, hard to sleep on. Internet speed from the wifi is too slow for decent video call

I booked two cozy double rooms at the hotel for my family. -------------------------------------------------------------- General Notes: - Check-in desk on the second floor - Only one elevator - No breakfast provided for Cozy Double Room - Toiletries were next to the check-in/reception desk, make sure to take some before going to your room - Eco-Cleaning/Housekeeping (changing towels, replenishing waters and teas) until 4th day of stay -------------------------------------------------------------- Hotel Staff: We checked in at 10:00 pm. At check-in, there was only one staff member to assist us but she was very nice and helpful as she tried to put us in rooms that were next to each other. When she couldn't make that happen, she put us one floor above each other in the same room. Our interaction was brief but she was very helpful in assisting us with such a late check-in with no prior notice. -------------------------------------------------------------- Amenities inside room: - Toiletries (individually packaged): Toothbrush & Small bottle of toothpaste (good for 1-2 use) Razor & Small Shaving Cream Shampoo Packet Body Wash Packet Comb Disposable Felt Material Slippers Shower Cap Floss Pick & Cotton Swabs - 2 Bottles of Water and Tea/Coffee Packets (refilled daily during housekeeping) - Bidet with various settings + self cleaning - Shower (adjustable water pressure shower head) + Bath combo - Universal charging outlets -------------------------------------------------------------- Amenities on 9th Floor: - No elevator access to 9th floor, must get off at 8th and walk stairs up to 9th - Floor not air conditioned - Gym consists of two machines: Treadmill & Arm/Shoulder Machine - Water-refilling station is next to the laundry machine - 1 Washer ($80) & 1 Dryer ($70) only accepts coins (can ask front desk for change), with laundry detergent not included ($30) -------------------------------------------------------------- Cleanliness: - Dust in certain untouched areas of the room: Window shades, corner of desk, shelves, etc - Mildew forming on blinds and blind’s lift cord in the shower - One small stain on bedsheets - Wallpaper was peeling - Stain on the ceiling - Had spotted one bug during our four night stay - Bathroom may get wet during showers due to flimsy curtain -------------------------------------------------------------- Overall, our stay was pleasant as the bed was nice and comfortable. The location is great as it is next door to the bank and the grocery store is just a block down. 7-11’s all around the hotel within a short ½ block walk. The bus stop is just right across the street and the MRT is 1.5 blocks away. It was a good value for our stay and we would stay here again.

The photos of the hotel are deceptive. They have another building across the street that looks legitimate, but this place is so sketchy, the lobby isn’t even on the first floor of the building. This is for the 163 Sec. 2, Nanjing East Road, Taipei, TW address. You have to enter through this tiny little doorway and take an elevator to get to the lobby. Check-in is supposed to be 3pm or later, and we arrived at 4pm, but they said our room wasn’t ready and suggested we leave for 15-20 minutes. We chose to stay in the lobby, and the room wasn’t ready for 40 minutes. This felt incredibly unprofessional, and we decided to switch our 4-night stay to just 1 night. Also, there is no breakfast service here even though “complimentary breakfast” is included on their site. They did not provide any soap or shampoo. The room smelled a little moldy, and the carpet is dirty. Would not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
