        Paid NZ$ 220.47 for 2 nights stay in Nov 2023 in Greenlane Motel after 18% discount from credit card. Booked through Agoda. 1. Stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. It was quiet and peaceful. 2. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. 3. There was no air-con and only a standing fan provided. 4. The size of the attached toilet and bathroom was sufficient. The water pressure was strong and drainage was good. 5. The hotel only provided bath towels. There was no housekeeping service on the 2nd day. 6. The wifi was stable. 7. Service staff at the reception was friendly. But he was not there when we reached in the afternoon as he was out to fetch his kid from school. 8. Free car park space provided in the compound of the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is at a very short distance from the exit of an expressway and a roundabout. Have to drive very carefully. 9. There is a small café selling dumplings at the front of the hotel. No regular eateries within walking distance.

        One of worst places one can stay. The owner/receptionist is one rude, greedy, arrogant, and useless person who doesn't have any idea how to run this place, we waited outside in the cold for 3 hours while he was on his way back to the motel. When asked for a refund, he refused and started telling countless number of excuses. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

        The person who runs this place is so unprofessional, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. They booked my room to other people within my FULLY PAID booking dates while i was away for a worktrip without even trying to contact me. I booked a room for 13 nights (April10 - April23) I arrived at the place 3 hours past my check-in time, I found the manager cleaning the downstairs room suitable for disabled people as the sign showed. He told me that the exact room that I booked-in wasn't ready at all. The manager told me to stay at the disabled room downstairs and he'll have my exact room rdy next morning. I decided to let it slide since I still had a room but it would've been nice if I got the room I paid for the first day. But then an appalling and frustrating thing happened again. I had to go to an unexpected work trip from Friday till Saturday (April14 until April 22) which is still within my FULLY PAID BOOKING so I had to unfortunately leave my booked room for a while with the plan of coming back. The night that I came back(around 1am-ish of 23rd April) when I opened the door to my room, there was other people in my room, I found out that the manager booked the room to other people while I was away. I called the manager, he was so rude on the phone, he told me that the reason why he booked it to other people was because I already left🙄didn't even bother to contact me to check with me or let me know, I didn't think I had to tell them my whereabouts to keep MY FULLY PAID room, since first of all it's none of his business, and second I never had to let other places I booked before know. This motel never even mentioned it either anywhere that I had to. The manager told me to leave the motel because they're fully booked. I was so tired and sleepy from the worktrip and the last thing I needed to hear was I was being kicked out of the room that I fully paid for.

        Super basic but the cheapest around. One star taken off for the single bathroom (for each floor) which commonly had a problem and a second star taken off not being particularly clean and pretty noisy-it is close to a busy roadway.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
