        June 2017. Room great with good tv and a fine bathroom. Clean when I was there 3 weeks. View good. No restaurant but you can order food to be brought to your room. Quite place, which is good but a bit too far away from the city. Shuttle bus helps when it drives. A week it didn't drive was it because of few people on the hotel. I dont't know. However what I didn't like about the place was the expectations for tips. Not a big problem but 200 THB for cleaning everyday and expectations for more plus encouragement for money bottle in the lobby runs up. Cheap hotel but put extra 20 % on top of your booking price. Don't expect extra service unless you pay for it. Other hotels are happy for tips but here it was like a pressure to give tips everyday why I will not book here again.

        Staff are very friendly and they speak English fairly good. The rooms are very neat and the house keepers makes sure it is cleaned once every day. We had a family of four and it easily accommodated us. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the nearest BTS Station, every 1/2 hour. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's hassle free!

        All the staff was good, to be honest. I stay here for almost 1 month. I have a car in Thailand and I usually warn them up for a Minute before I drive off. This day when I meet the owner, I start my engine for 10 second and owner start approaching me and tell me that I am polluting the environment and wanted me to stop the engine. Yes I did stop the car and making sure I DO NOT POLLUTE THE HOTEL!

        The staff is not very welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel is depressing. The furniture inside the rooms is old and worn. I found the place dirty and dusty. The air conditioning does not work, it is extremely hot in Bangkok. The nearest BTS (sky train) is more than 20 minutes away on foot in the heat. The shuttle service operates from 9 a.m to 9 p.m, departing once every hour. If you miss it you have to wait for the next hour. No shops no restaurants around. Staff doesn’t care about customers. I can’t understand why this hotel is highly rated on Agoda and Booking. I really think these are fake reviews from fake customers. I had booked 7 nights but left after 40 minutes. There have been too many incidents (noise from construction work, dirt, faulty materials, unprofessional staff,…). I didn’t feel welcomed or even safe. This place is a real scam, don’t fall for it otherwise you might lose your money. I had the bitter experience that they refused to give me a refund. The AGODA booking platform was not very helpful. Please avoid this place absolutely.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
