Had a pleasant stay here. Warm welcome plus Kuya Jade is super accommodating. The room is spacious and the inn has a beautiful garden good for relaxing and chilling in the morning or afternoon. They also offer affordable transfers, activities, foods, massage and laundry. It is also near to convenience stores and access to beach front and main road is easy. Will definitely comeback here.

It's a great place, just not great place to be stationed in because of claustrophobic roads; as well as the opening the place to enter where you cannot let the motorcycle vehicle in, but having to walk a mile to get to this hotel. but it's not as half bad considered when you enter the hotel the surroundings are prim and proper, awhile for the staff they are helpful and intuitive with the tasks assigned for them, they're unexpectedly very welcoming. As for the room's itself are good for two people (king size bed), you can still sleep in with an extra bed but you have to pay for one, overall I recommend this place. 9/10 would recommend

We had a very pleasent stay here. The hotel is lokated in station 3 one minut from the beach. On the way the walk goes through local area with nice frendly locals and delicious barbecues. There is a nice clean rooms, balcony and garden. No noice from bars and resturants. The staff is very frendly and have helped us with many things cause we traveled with infant. Lovely quiet place hidden behind the busy Beach front shops in station 3. Owner is a Swiss couple so you will not be worried about quality 👌. It has a sister resort and bar nearby named Dive Gurus where you can get scuba or discovery diving courses around the year.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
