The location is great, the rooms practical and clean. The only down side was the lift not working. It's not ideal and needs priority attention. Breakfast buffet was ok and good variety.

The room was perfectly acceptable, clean and tidy and in a good location. Nothing fancy, does exactly what it says. I think it could be better value. But the stay was fine.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. The breakfast was very good and had large amount of choice the breakfast even had gluten free + other allergy friendly alternatives with milks cheese etc I deducted a star as I felt the price was a little high to get a small single bed but otherwise great thank you

The rooms were quite nice and since it was spring, the temperature was not bed. The bathroom is quite small but sufficient. The selection for breakfast (primarily cold buffet selection) was quite nice. However, I do not recommend the hotel for business trips due to the inflexibility with proofs of payment - nowadays, being able to customize it (in our case just meaning two proofs of payment available for one room due to two individuals travelling on business trip and making the receipt, correctly, for an institution) and make it in a shorter time than a day should be given. That is not an issue with the staff - they tried to be as helpful as possible and were really nice despite being at times overworked. It is an issue with how the hotel is being managed by higher management. There would be no complaints if the hotel was advertised as two-star with cheaper prices but since the prices are almost the same as for Hilton nearby, I would expect much more :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
