        Great location, near the train station and a 15 minute walk from the old port. Super friendly staff, comfy room and a simple breakfast, although surprisingly with no croissants!! It is in a busy, noisy area, but you’ve no sense of that in the hotel. We went to see Wales in the Rugby World Cup and I’d definitely use again.

        The price point and location made me book this hotel, but I would not stay here again. The entire hotel smelled like wet mold which makes no sense since it's not near the water. They say they are a green hotel yet out of all of the All Accor hotels we stayed at on our trip, it was the only one without a water bottle refill station. The front desk man told us to just use our sink in our room, but just because the tap water is drinkable doesn't mean you should drink it. Then they have a fruit water dispenser that says "Drink Me" next to a stack of tea bags but apparently the tea is not free, they just have it out next to the free sign which is weird. The room was very large but the only furniture besides the bed is one wooden chair that is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever seen in my life and we stopped at the Museum of Torture in Carcassonne a few days before so that's saying something. They had plenty of room to put in two chairs of higher quality but just left the room open and empty instead. The bathroom was nice and big, but the shower leaked so much that you could tell the wood floor outside of the bathroom was warped from it. Maybe if all the showers in the hotel leaked, this was why it smelled of mildew? Not sure. But since it is destroying their floors, you think they would fix it. They also had the worst towels out of all of the All Accor hotels we stayed at. Again, they say they are a green hotel but this was the only hotel we stayed at where we could not reuse the towels because they were so ragged that we could barely use them once without feeling gross. Worst hotel of our trip. Sad that this was our last stay in France.

        The place is perfectly placed, in the center but in a quiet area so you can enjoy everything without even having to take the subway while still have peace at night. Everything inside the hotel was perfect, but its main quality is its placement

        Superb new boutique hotel concept from Accor. All around the sustainability with second life furniture, bio and local producer ingredients for breakfast. Convenient location as easy access to Metro 1min, train station 5min as le Vieux Port. But most remarkable is the fantastic team with great hospitality making your stay feeling like at home. Merci to be so “greet”!

        Room was very run down and air conditioning barely worked. Bathroom shower was impossibly small. Only two towels per person but they provided more when asked. I would not stay here again. We chose this for the good location - close to train station and easy walk to the port area.
