Apart from a small room and towels and bedsheets a little stained, there’s nothing much to complain about this hotel. The location is fantastic if you like visiting the seafood market. Opposite the hotel is BIFF square where you can do your shopping there. Nice food around the area and the price is also cheaper than what we had in Seoul.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very polite and attentive. However, water pressure was very poor, and the shower stream was very poor. Used paper was asked to put in the bin next to the toilet seat, as it may cause blockage. That was disgusting. Security was not that excellent as anyone could use the lift. I was afraid someone could follow me to my room. If these are fixed, will give 5 stars.

poor attitude - we stayed 4N at the hotel in Oct. location-wise, is within walking distance to Nampo Station & Jagalchi Market. room size is good but toilet is small, however, the service needs to improve. to be fair, we asked for extra water the first night and was met with condescending tone (male staff) that this time they gave us free but is actually chargeable. we never had problem with hotels in Mipo or Tongyeong that allowed us to drink (also bottled) as much as we like. It is the attitude and condesending tone that irks me. they definitely could have handled it more professionally. even for its convenient location, i wldn't stay here anymore. there are lots of hotels nearby within the vicinity.

I had the worst experience ever in Korea. I was assigned a tiny room on the 6th floor. The noise outside was unbearable throughout the day and night. There were some elderly individuals singing with microphones, which made it impossible to get any rest. Frustrated, I called the front desk seeking a resolution. They informed me that they could change my room, but unfortunately, they neglected to mention that it would only be for one day. So, after packing up my belongings and going downstairs, I was informed that I would have to check out at 11 a.m. and wait until 3 p.m. to check back into the same subpar room. It would have been helpful if they had provided me with this information during our initial phone conversation. P.S. There’s an obvious stain on the sheet even after the room was made up.

It looks clean but the building is not build for hotel business. The 2 lifts cannot accommodate the capacity for 20 floors. The whole building room phone has not been working and the staff is not aware. Emergency and safety is not being consider by the hotel management. Please stay alert on the above points.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
