        Exceptional service in all areas of the hotel. Notably, Charles at The Bar, Salim in the car park, Pamela in Rhodes W1, Bunny in the executive lounge. Housekeeping was also very efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel and gladly stay here again. It really is excellent.

        We had a great stay. Service is phenomenal - can’t think of one interaction we had with the staff here that wasn’t exemplary. Beds are heavenly. Sound isolation is ok - just make sure you don’t get a room facing north as there’s a busy road right underneath that you can hear well from the lower floors. Food was delicious, both at breakfast w/ a big spread and in the (outstanding) lounge for evening cocktails and snacks. Great treatment as a plat too - suite upgrade with a nice fruit platter and wine bottle waiting for us in the room, 5am check-in when we just wanted to leave our bags (!), late checkout offered proactively. Definitely eager to come back here

        We recently stayed in Grosvenor House, Dubai for three nights. Much like Dubai it's self, the hotel is perfectly clean and is the epitome of luxury. The food is excellent, all freshly prepared and delicious. The staff are really what sets it apart and are so helpful and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. They really do provide 5 star service. There are some very minor changes/improvements that could be made, such as varying the selection of meats available to grill at the buffet restaurant i.e. to include some chicken for example. The pool area is also immaculate, with great views of the marina and is still peaceful despite the construction happening in the area. To single out any staff member would be unfair as they genuinely all provided excellent service, and this hotel would be my first choice if I were to stay in Dubai again. Thoroughly recommended..

        We stayed in the hotel for three nights in Nov. From the moment we arrived we were really well looked after. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and rewarded with a beautiful room, complimentary wine/ delicious cake. Samith looked after us and our room really well. All the staff/ restaurants/ breakfast/seafood buffet which we highly recommend/attention at the pool were outstanding. We spent a lovely afternoon at the beach and enjoyed a walk around the marina.Thank you to all the hotel staff for your hospitality and high standards.

        I recently returned from an unforgettable stay at Grosvenor House, Dubai, and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect, making me feel like royalty. I never leave reviews, but the exceptional service I experienced compelled me to share my thoughts. The receptionist at the front desk (whose name unfortunately escapes me) was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for the exceptional service to follow. To my pleasant surprise, I was granted a fantastic upgrade that included a breathtaking balcony overlooking the city. Special thanks to Vivek, who not only escorted me to my room but also ensured that a thoughtful birthday amenity awaited me. The level of attention to detail is unparalleled, exemplified by housekeeping leaving me an eyeglass cleaner after spotting my glasses near the bed. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist were evident in every interaction. Even the small gestures, such as remembering my coffee order at breakfast, added a personal touch to the experience. Grosvenor House, Dubai, undoubtedly offers a level of service that goes above and beyond. It's easily the best hotel I've had the pleasure of staying at. I recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and am already looking forward to my next stay!
