Great location. Beautiful building. Easy to find. Room was comfortable and good size. I just wish there was a little shelf or dressing table for my make up and hair straighteners. Would stay again.

Fantastic accommodations! Loved the shower, very clean, easy self checkin, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and will return. Room 17 was at the top floor, and very quiet.

I stayed in a Junior Suite which had a large and comfortable queen sized bed, great bathroom and large room overall. There is plenty of space in the room and also a kitchenette with a fridge which was incredibly handy. Within walking distance to Edinburgh castle and all the other central tourist destinations. Fantastic experience and I would recommend staying here. Great value for money.

Stopped 3 nights at the Grosvenor Suites. It certainly was not luxurious. Not very clean, loads of dust on the flat surfaces not ideal if you have allergies. The room was not designed sympathetically, the bathroom is constructed in such away that the neighbouring rooms bath room also takes up floor space in your room. The flat roof construction is not sympathetic to the character of the room and lots of dust had accumulated on it. The bathroom was grubby with mouldy shower, the tiling was badly finished and the toilet seat was just about hanging on. The view from the room was not a beautiful vista at all, we looked out into an unkempt mess. There was Wi-Fi in the room but at the code wasn’t supplied, despite my request. Cleaners came to the room around 4 pm. Because we had been out all day and wanted to change to go out in the evening this was far from ideal. Furniture was cheap and a dining table and sofa where forced into the room. I wouldn’t stop here again, should be more two star. Only + was the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
