Stayed here for a long weekend at end of September, great location but not much else at the price. Website photos do not match that of reality, spoke to reception but of no help and as it was for a weekend chose not to spend it arguing with hotel staff and enjoyed Madrid instead, would not advise this hotel. Roof top terrace was not open, dripping taps, no lounger on patio, no door on shower cubicle, shower sprayed over floor, sealant dirty around shower tray, we didn't visit to do their maintenance inspection!

The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly, however beware if you have a first floor room and actually plan on sleeping. People were yelling and partying in the hallways / common areas until 2-3am on and off and affected our entire nights sleep before we had to catch a flight. The area is also very touristy and busy - it reminded me of Hollywood Blvd. rooms are comfortable, but for the same price you can find something better if you need a good nights sleep.

Great service. Breakfast and dinner on premise. Taxi station is right outside the front door. Within 100 feet of Gra Via a main through fair of the touristic parts of Madrid. You can hear neighboring rooms shower, or talk, decorations is busy for my taste.

No aircon in “winter” so expect to be extremely hot at night. You will be welcomed in reception by 40degree heat and then the rooms are mid 20’s so uncomfortable for those people who like aircon or a breeze at night. No mention of this before booking or we would of stayed elsewhere

Fantastic hotel for the price range, in the heart of Madrid. Everything is spot on, especially the terasse with sun loungers. I deducted a star on the service category because there is no coffee machine/kettle in the room to fix yourself a beverage

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
