        Even though the apartment interior and the location are good, the owners are trying so hard to earn money that it ruined are whole experience there. The most important for us was to have a parking, but they communicate it ambiguously, so that there is only a paid parking more than 10 minutes away that they sell you for 12e ''24-hour'' but later on when you want to book they tell you it's only 3pm-11pm and if you want it in the morning it will be 15e (again not 24 hours). We found another one nearby so much cheaper, but it took us time and energy to research and figure things out on our own. Also, there is a 35e cleaning fee they don't include in the ''other expenses'' but mention it casually somewhere in the end of a booking ad. And in the end they ask you to clean the dishes and throw out the bins since it is not included in the high extra fee. Not to say they spam you with other offers before you arrive, and they don't warn you there are many other their apartments in the city with the same name and you can get it wrong since this is your first time there.

        The treatment provided by manager Isabelle was horrible. We travel with family (including elderly people). There was a misunderstanding with the conditions that my agency did not let us know and she did not know how to explain them either. He lost his temper and yelled at us. Simply the worst experience I have had in hospitality. A rude and very disrespectful person. He even came with a man to threaten us and make us leave the place. I would have called the police but we decided to go to another apartment to forget that bad time.

        The manager is very disrespectful, the treatment she gave us was so unpleasant that we decided to go somewhere else. The house was freezing and when we asked for more blankets they told us there were none and that we had to pay more money to rent heaters [in the middle of January with how cold it is] Not recommended, the manager Isabel disrespected us on many occasions. It's a shame that in such a beautiful city there are people like that who spoil the hospitality industry.

        Very bad experience. They ask you for a 30 euro cleaning fee. If you want to clean yourself, you have to leave a deposit of 300. Incredible. They arrived late to check in, the manager is unpleasant, the room smells bad... In short, 0% recommended. We have already submitted a claim form

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
