        I stayed a full week here. The staff is kind and helpful. The facilities are old and run down. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable. There was an old refrigerator in the room that didn’t really work. There was an electric kettle in the room that I was able to use to make my own coffee and tea. The bathroom plumbing was obviously old. The hot water in the sink didn’t work. The toilet button cover fell off. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. Bread, hummus, fresh vegetables, hot potatoes, cooked sausages and boiled eggs. Powdered coffee and bagged tea. The WiFi hardly worked in the room. I had to go to the lobby to get a signal.

        From the outside the hotel looks clean and good. But our room was very bad. The mattresses are very bad. They are like holes. Our backs hurt so much after sleeping there. The personnel is very kind and professional. The doors of every room are so loud so that when they are closed you hear constant bangs throughout the night. There is no sleep. The bidet shower head and the many places in the room are covered in mold. Dirty room and behind the beds too

        Very nice and clean hotel located in uptown, the room was top for the price of 38 JOD. The bathroom could have been better with a door or something so that the whole bathroom does not flood when taking shower. Loved my room though. Breakfast is a thumb down, could have been much better in comparison with the room they are providing. Most of the things in the buffet were no more and too many sweets. Will rate the guest house as three star hotel with breakfast disappointing
