It was our first time in Portugal in January this year - a HUGE thank you to our lovely host, we will never forget this experience. Unlike other reviews I found this place to be exceptionally clean, surprisingly so since it was almost full towards the end of the week. Our room had what we needed and the kitchen was very useful and also clean even though we shared with other guests. For the price (around 140 euros) for two people for 4 nights I though this was very budget friendly, it had a lovely location, and I loved the old house it was located in with the big keys 💕 Of course since you are sharing the space with other people you kind of have to be lucky with which neighbours you get, but for budget this was so worth it :)

Amazing place to stay in Portugal. Very cost efficient. This is a guest house so you do need to share the bathroom with other guests. However, everything is very clean, and the rooms are all private. Beds are comfortable and the host Emila is lovely. She is always available when needed. This place is abit away from the downtown areas.. but that’s a good thing. Makes it easy to get to sleep without alot of noise. For the money this place is well worth it! Would come back 100%. Also the cafe across the street with the red canopy is amazing.

The host was friendly and talkative. The guest house had very good location. However I got a room without a window (there are of course rooms with windows). The wall were very thin I was hardly sleeping.

Everything was fine, but walls are too thin and everything is audible, thius we were unable to sleep the whole night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
