        We stayed at Locanda Gallo Guest House 54 for 3 nights. We were staying in a Studio with kitchenette. The place was big and clean. Kitchenette was a good size. Bed was king size. Bathrom was awesome and the hot water never let us go (like other places we stayed at!) Everything looked renovated and looked good. The owner was frindly and helpful. We were able to check in in advence. 2 a/c were in the studio which help to keep it cool. The hotel is close to the duomo and other attractions. We had a little bit problem with the wifi in the room, but otherwise, the place was perfect. I would recommand that place to anybody.

        when we came there, they were never there. we knew their reception open at 10:00 AM, we called their phone number and leaved message and pressed buzzer all time, all day(every day while we were in Florence, to refund our money!) While we spend hours in front of the locked door, residents of the their neighborhood seems very get used to them of that situation. they repeat that they don'k know anything. and disappeared. I think that this is fraud

        We stayed at Locanda Gallo Guest House 54 for 3 nights. We were staying in a Studio with kitchenette. The place was big and clean. Kitchenette was a good size. Bed was king size.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
