We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a well-conserved and clean vintage decoration, making us travel through time. They serve great breakfast. And mainly, they have really helpful employees, especially Cristiano and Roland. I recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with a private courtyard. Breakfast was splendid. Probably the best thing was the concierge, Christiano. Professional, intelligent, patient. He made fine recommendations and gave us a wonderful overview of what to expect in the city.

What a hotel, from arrival Cristiano makes you feel at home and welcome. He takes time to show you on the map the best places to visit and answer any questions. The rooms are what you would expect in an old convent and really comfortable. Breakfast is served to the table and there's more than enough choices. It's well located just a 5 minute walk from the Duomo but in a quiet area. We will definitely be back.

We were so impressed with this hotel! The decor was cute and old-fashioned, yet the amenities were modern and up-to-date (such as air conditioning and electronic keypads). Breakfast and the location were great - within walking distance of most tourist attractions in the area, yet on a side street that was not too loud or busy. But what really made this hotel special and worthy of my taking the time to review it was the service! Some of the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. Maurizio and Roland specifically were so eager to help with anything - from serving breakfast, to calling a taxi, to giving recommendations, to making dinner reservations. Would highly recommend everyone stays here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
