        We stayed there for 2 nights, located a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The rooms were clean; the only problem we had was contacting the host. Due to our night flight, we performed self-check-in. However, we couldn't locate our room. We called and sent numerous messages to the property, but no one responded. Ultimately, after spending 2 hours searching, we finally found our room.😬

        A special thanks to Lida who gave us an amazing welcome even though she wasn't expecting us. She took the time to explain us how to access the room. She even helped my aging mom with her luggage. We wanted to say thanks in person before we left, but we were never there while your offices were open. Hope you see this message! Exceptional room: newly renovated, clean, amenities (bottled water, fridge, slippers!) and spacious. Great common area with a kitchen available. Simple breakfast. 100% recommend it

        It's just the perfect place to stay in Rome. The only thing is that the metro station is 9 mins walk but the bus stop is just right at the entrance. They even leave breakfast boxes every morning. You have everything here ! And a nice pizza place just downstairs. They even do the cleaning everyday. If you don't mind walking to the metro station, this is just the perfect place! You share the common space with others but it's not an issue at all.

        Terrible customer treatment and management. Room booked for 2 adults and 2 children. On the morning of the stay they informed me that they had had a problem and that they did not have the room booked well in advance available, I point out that at the time of booking they already did not want to give it to me as I had paid, canceled with little notice and they had asked me for a difference of € 30 for the next booking, once the new date was communicated, on booking it was available at a higher price than what I had paid and on the phone they said it was busy. They only convinced themselves to give it to me when I sent them the screens that were available, saying that I understood the game they were playing and they replied that perhaps there was a technical problem. Having said that, the room was not given to us, instead they sent us to another structure which in an emergency gave us the only room available, that is, a dirty hovel in the attic, with a "yellowish" toilet and a leaking bidet, an external staircase to reach the room and the entrance was so low that I hit my head several times! Fortunately it was only a one night tragedy and we were with 2 children otherwise the police would have to be called for the treatment they gave us especially demanding the difference of 30 euros despite the inconvenience caused and obviously in black! I advise you against dealing with this structure!

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
