A week before we were due to arrive I had a booking problem. Booking.com told us that my credit card had been refused by this hotel (with no reason given). I contacted Booking.com about this and everything was fine. Half an hour later I got the same message and corrected it again through Booking.com (there was nothing wrong with my credit card, of course). When I called the hotel I didn't get very far because they refused to speak English. Then I read the other reviews, which I should have done sooner. Long story short, we sought out another place to stay so as not to have to go through what many others had gone through before us. You cannot trust this hotel! DO NOT GO THERE!

I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews that made us nervous as we got to the place. But it was perfectly fine. Yeah the grout in the shower could be newer but so could mine at home. I’d say if you are looking for a one or two night stop it’s perfectly good. Not great - no mini fridge which would be nice - but close to the train and walkable to other spots. And also no problem with our sheets being unclean. It is what it is, for us it was a double bed, with AC that worked and a hot shower. That’s what we needed for one night.

It was a nightmare staying at this hotel. The soundproofing was terrible, I couldn't sleep properly due to the noise from the neighbors. Additionally, the cleanliness was poor. The staff was incompetent.

I booked this place 6 weeks in advance on Hostelworld. Then, about one week before arrival they emailed me directly telling me they had no room. I already paid a deposit and got a confirmation. Now it is extremely difficult to find a place on such short notice. And because they emailed me directly, not through hostelworld, I will have to deal with trying to somehow get my deposit refunded. It still shows up as confirmed on my account with them. Terrible. Do not book this place.

Terrible service and lack of attention to detail. The air conditioner didn't work in the room, and the bathroom was clogged. Complaints were ignored by the staff. I will never come back here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
