        Very poor and not 4 star standard. Enter via graffiti alley. Apartment smells strongly of cigarettes. Very noisy all night with bars, drinkers til 1am and rubbish trucks at 5am. Not family friendly. Chap Peter was friendly and helpful but did not like apartment or location

        I used a double room. Actually, it was difficult to find the accommodation, but the host came out and was waiting for us, so we were able to get there easily. Even though there was a noisy restaurant in front, the accommodation was quiet and had good Wi-Fi, which was convenient. The restrooms and bedding in the accommodation were all clean, and it was close to all major tourist attractions, making it easy to move around. There is no separate parking lot and there is no elevator at the accommodation, so I packed my bags and went. The host was very friendly and trustworthy, and only cash is accepted as payment. A great place to stay in Split. I recommend it!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
