        Kei and Ritsuko are great host and very hospitable, we are grateful with help for logistics of our delayed luggage. The guesthouse was recently acquired and renovated with new set of well designed furniture. The guesthouse is located off the main road and is near to Fushimi Inari Station and Shrine. The rooms are huge and spacious. We really enjoyed the stay and it really felt very much like home, with close access to the wonderful sights of Kyoto, Nara and Osaka. Woth the car park space, it is the very suited for family who drives we drove and managed to park our rented Toyota Alphard there. It will be great to return back to stay at his guesthouse someday

        Walking distance to the Fushimi Inari shrine and the JiJo subway. Ideal base of operations for several days in Kyoto. Friendly staff has great recommendations. If we come back to Japan, we will stay here again!

        Kei & Ritsuko are the most welcoming and helpful hosts you will meet. They went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. We had to extend our stay due to our return flights being cancelled and they have felt like our family away from home. They have an excellent knowledge of Kyoto. The accommodation is spotless clean, has all your homely needs and essentials plus a beautiful view of the Kamogawa river which is right in front of you. The rooms and bathrooms are big compared to usual accomodation in Japan which is a nice little luxury. The location is excellent, just a short walk to central Kyoto or a shorter bus ride. The bus stop is also right in front of you. It is delightful to have a relaxing bath after a long day of exploring the gorgeous city that is Kyoto!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
