[Good points] It is easily accessible from Kyoto Station and Shichijo Station, making it easy to use as a base for sightseeing. The price was very low, but the room was generally clean and comfortable. I don't think you will feel any discomfort unless you are concerned about dust in the corners. I visited in winter, but there were stoves and heaters in the entrance and bathroom, so I didn't feel cold. There is an air conditioner installed on the second floor to keep the room evenly warm. The shower in the bath has good water pressure. The size of the room is large enough for two adults to stay comfortably. Overall, is this price really worth it? The cost performance was so good that I was worried. I am grateful that the staff at the inn were so courteous and I was able to spend a really good time. [Bad parts] It's along the main road, so when a large car passes in front of it, it shakes quite a bit. Also, perhaps because the walls are thin, I could hear people talking outside and the sounds of emergency vehicles, which along with the vibrations mentioned above woke me up several times during the night. I have the impression that the disadvantages are the low price and good access from the station. [I would like to see improvements] The power strip on the right side of the entrance was half missing. I tried pushing it in, but I couldn't get it any deeper. I don't think so, but it's dusty and there's a chance of a fire breaking out, so it's right next to the only entrance and exit, so I'd like to see some improvement.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
