        The room is spacious, looks new and clean, except the holder inside the shower. It is covered by some black goo... I encountered the AC clicking problem as well, and that went away once I tuned AC to 24. However, as many have warned there's no noise isolation whatsoever. I can hear people talking, walking and dragging their luggage in other rooms. My biggest complaint though is that to enter the hotel you first need to ring a bell to a person who will ask your booking ID or name. After that you still need to operate a kiosk machine and enter booking ID once again to get your room. Why? It makes it more complicated and someone still needs to answer the bell, check the name, etc... I just discovered the AC outlet is broken and my phone wasn't charging the whole night... Edit: Ok there's a switch on the wall that controls the power outlet but no labeling or explanation whatsoever. Also I just realised it's not AC unit clicking it's the window. To reduce the noise do not turn on the light along the window. I think the window is heated by it and once the light is off the frame starts contracting and creates the clicking noise. Edit2: you may get free bottles of water at the lobby. Pretty handy when going out.

        First of all, the experience when checking in was really not good. There were a bunch of mosquitoes flying around next to the check-in machine, which made people feel very unhygienic. After checking into the room, I immediately noticed obvious reddish-brown stains on the floor next to the bed. There are also hairs and other filth on the bed. After going to the bathroom to clean up a little, I found that the corners and seams of the bathroom and the showerhead were very moldy. The bathroom door that separates dry and wet areas cannot be locked. It seems that the door frame and the door are completely misaligned, which makes it impossible to lock. The door gap in the shower area is so big that it can't block the water at all. Isn't this how to separate wet and dry areas? Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower head is incredibly low. Is this kind of water pressure going to make people feel sad🌚 There are still eyelash-like hairs on the base of the mouthwash cup in the bathroom. Cleaning after check-out really needs to be improved. The impression I received was that the quality was very good, but the Fubei branch really refreshed my impression. On the indoor air conditioning adjustment interface, heating has obviously been selected, but the wind coming out of the air outlet is getting colder and colder. It's already winter, so the indoor temperature is getting colder and colder. Guests in other rooms who smoke in the bathroom will run into the toilet through the pipes. Although the pipes are not a problem of the hotel, I really hope to help remind customers not to smoke in the toilet. There are so many negative reviews. I hope the hotel can manage and adjust it well.

        shortcoming: 1. There are no shelves in the bathroom, which is inconvenient 2. There is no way to lock the toilet door, and it is easy to get stuck if you turn it in the wrong direction. 3. Wardrobe lights flicker 4. The sound insulation is not good, you can hear people dragging chairs upstairs. Cleanup issues: 1. The hot water bottle used by the previous passenger was not cleaned. 2. The stirring stick in the mug is empty. 3. The sheets and floor are obviously dirty, and there are scraps of paper on the table. 4. The bathroom smells musty

        I checked in at around 5pm on 11/4. The agoda order could not be found on the self-service machine. Fortunately, there was someone on hand to assist. The service quality of the service staff was very good. This star is for you. The lighting in the room was dim, and the musty smell was really strong. It was so strong that the clothes I would wear the next day were stained with the smell, and the water outlet of the shower head was also covered with a black substance. The mouthpiece of the hair dryer is still broken, leaving traces of cracking. Although it functions normally, it is recommended to replace it directly to avoid affecting the appearance. At that time, the price for a holiday night on agoda was 3,100, which really didn’t match the accommodation experience. Once again, I would like to emphasize that the service attitude of the service staff is very good, but it is hindered by the company's hardware. Thank you for your hard work.
