The hotel is in a great area, the room was beautiful and spacious. But the cleaning service was awful, the cleaning ladies left things dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed sheet was left without changing, and they put the clean sheet on the bed for me to change it myself, the cups left dirty without changing to new clean one, even the toilet papers were left for me beside the sink of the bathroom. The reception guys were good and helpful. But they didn’t take an action about the cleaning and refused to give us any reduction for all the inconvenience about the cleaning. If you go there make sure to supervise your room Hygiene.

We booked last April29 to May 1,2023 and it was a great experienced in Barcelona. Accidentally I left my jewelry pouch which contained a set of diamond earring ,ring and necklace with diamond pendant in the room . On our way to Nice France we’re able to contact hotel personnel and they acknowledged that the items was in their possession. 8 months later we didn’t hear from them.

Enjoyed our 1 week stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a balcony. Perfect location to stay if you want a quiet surrounding. Good value for money. Would recommend to others visiting Barcelona.

We were staying for two nights last week and had bugs and generally a badly cleaned room when we arrived. The next day when we told the reception, they apologized and took us to the cleaner who would fix it right away, nothing happened. For a 4* hotel, this was a really bad experience with no compensation after we told them a second time at the day of our checkout

Good room size, safe good location. But hotel online pictures are misleading. Outdated furniture and alot of wear and tear inside. Also showers design is terrible. The glass door is too small where water gets everywhere on floor. My room had a balcony with doors that locks are broken, so I was worried someone could sneak in while asleep or gone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
