Excellent hotel. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety. Location is walking distance to everything in old town.. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff and service though, they go above and beyond to make guests happy. Special thanks to Linda who drove me to the bus station because it was raining and I could not find a taxi! Will be back. Thank you :)

A nice, old fashioned hotel, just right in the heart of the old town. Decent breakfast, nice decorated rooms but a really bad bed!!!! Levs, the daytime receptionist, definitely a perfect 10 and a bonus for the hotel. We would come again for him! Inspired!!

Place was clean, breakfast was very good, location is fantastic, hotel was quiet, staff were helpful when asked questions. Negatives are the bed was quite awful (some may decline the room it was so bad) and sunken in several places. I also asked about laundry and was told it was offered. I dropped it off and was billed 60$+ for dry cleaning my socks and boxers.... Absurd. It was never mentioned that it was dry cleaning or fees were involved. I might stay there again, but I would investigate more elsewhere first and I definitely would complain about the bed next time if I chose to stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, amazing person in the reception Lev, in all our journeys around the world I don't remember I met such a warm welcoming service from a kind, caring and very effective receptionist, who is also the bell boy and the handyman of the hotel. We will always remember our first visit in Riga in the Hotel Lev Gutenbergs😊 The rooms are good, the mattress and the linen are great. The breakfast is tasty, the coffee is excellent, welcoming service, especially from the charming Anastasia. The location is the best, near the main square in the heart of the Old Town. In part of the ancient rooms, the floor isn't straight, kind of "Pisa style".The rooms are clean in general, but not in hidden places, like under the bed. The breakfast is tasty, but of very little choice.

Really nice hotel in the old town of Riga. Very central also for the bus to airport. Pretty athmosphere and interior. The breakfast was very good and and big buffet. On the top floor there’s also a restaurant but we didn’t try. I think it’s not suitable for wheelchairs. The stuff was frindly and always trying to do a good service. Unfortunately the rooms was s little not so clean. And we missed some things like a fridge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
