Very nice modern hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Close to the airport probably less than a mile, with plenty of shuttles. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant does not open til 5 pm. The elevator takes you straight to your floor. The only thing I would critique would be it does have noise if you are a light sleeper.

Excellent hotel for a long stopover. Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. I booked using Dayuse for an 8hr window and it was perfect to rest, sleep and shower over a 12hr stopover. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers good shuttle service.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasted clean, modern facilities that made me feel right at home. However, I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the closure of the bar and restaurant on New Year's. We were looking forward to celebrating with a drink at the bar with friends, and its closure was a letdown on an otherwise great experience.

Pleasant experience. We arrived close to midnight. The hotel had a free convenient shuttles so no taxi or Uber necessary. Short ride to hotel. Used the Hilton app to check-in and get a digital key so went right to room. Very easy to do. Our room was spacious upscale and clean. Very happy with whole experience. Would highly recommend this hotel

Everything is nice about this hotel. Except they had an event with loud music blasting until late. I stayed at this hotel since I had an early flight at LAX, but couldn't get to sleep. Given this is an airport hotel, with many people flying out early, I'd expect better than this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
