Shout out to Joseph and Gabriel (night shift) for giving us attentive guidance upon our arrival. Their sense of humour and the eagerness to welcome you is impeccable. Only note to all, is the occasional commotion on the street that may affect light sleepers. Other than this, room is clean and bigger than usual. Definitely come again!

Very good location, 5 minutes from Central Station, 15-20 min from Marienplatz (walking). Neighborhood is not great, some construction work nearby, streets a bit messy. Found a good coffee place and a market very close-by. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. We did not have breakfast included. Not sure why it's a 4* hotel - no special amenities, no slippers available, only soap and shower gel in the bathroom. It's a good 3 star hotel in my oppinion.

An accommodation that cannot be recommended. In August, we stayed in this hotel for three nights. Due to a serious leak in the bathroom ceiling, our trips were affected on two days. I have sent the email to customer service of H+ hotel for two weeks, but have not received any response so far. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night on August 19, the bathroom ceiling in the hotel room suddenly started leaking. The front desk staff took an hour to change rooms for us. At one o'clock in the midnight, we were forced to pack all our luggage and change rooms. The second day, we had to catch a train in the morning, so we got up early. However, there was no water in the bathroom. We continued our trip in embarrassing situations The first counter staff said that the manager would compensate. The second counter staff said that she could not contact the manager, but at 6:30 the next day, the manager would come to the counter and ask us to discuss it by ourselves. The third day, we had to check out. The third counter staff said that the manager would not come to the hotel and would not do any compensation. At that time, we realized that we were fooled. We were forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, and the room type was worse than what we originally booked. We had almost no rest throughout the night. The third counter staff called that’s a compensation. The manager never showed up from beginning to end. It is really an accommodation that cannot be recommended.

Absolutely rude front desk staff. Especially the RACIST arrogant lady (Iga) We tried to check-in just an hour before their official check in time. As we are also checking out 6 hours before their checkout time. They said the room is ready, however we have to pay €50 for that extra hour. We sure got better hotel just beside that with more considerate staff. Well with such staff and policies this hotel won’t do well!

I don't even know where to start... Cleaning ladies were swearing like sea pirates. The room was cold and the air conditioner didn't make it any warmer, while being very loud (I had to sleep with noise-canceling earbuds tucked in). The bathroom was cold and the heating appliance didn't work. I waited for almost 30 minutes just to be able to check in (there were only 2 guys checking in before me). The breakfast floor is not reachable with the elevator. There is only one elevator and you can wait for it very long (because it used by the cleaning staff in the morning) and then give up and use the stairs instead (I lived in the top floor). My room card was randomly stopping working and the reception guys had to re-enable it each time, while accusing me that either 1) I use it in some wrong way or 2) I was putting it too close to my phone. The breakfast room is usually occupied with random workers, not with hotel guests. One morning, some guys were unloading drinks DURING the breakfast, so it was super crowded and loud. I could go on but you have got the point, I hope. The rooms are more or less clean, though

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
