For a Hostel it was excellent. I had never stayed in one, but needed a place for one night and didn't want to pay Madrid hotel prices for 6 hour stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. I selected the bathroom in the room.

TERRIBLE! They want your money just that! DONT STAY THERE! THEY LEFT ME IN THE RAIN AT NIGHT IN MADRID AND ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME, DONT WANT TO GIVE NO REFUND BEACUSE MY AIRPLANE GOT LATER THAN CHECK IN

I do not recommend it unless there is no other accommodation in Madrid and surrounding areas. The attention leaves a lot to be desired. I arrived half an hour before check-in to leave my suitcase and there was no one to assist me. When I returned, with the two suitcases, the elevator was stuck on some floor and, even though I told the girl at the reception, she did nothing and I had to walk up the 6 floors, carrying the two suitcases, one of them. They full of books. The elevator, in the three days I was there, was stuck most of the time and I almost always had to walk up. The second day I had to hold an online meeting and the Wi-Fi didn't work. There was no one to solve it, I couldn't hold that work meeting. A disaster of attention and hostel. And since I cannot respond to the comment that the hostel has made, I will do so from here. I pointed this out to the afternoon companion on 2 occasions, the first of which was the day of arrival. On both occasions it absolutely went over my face. I also told other hostel employees and no one did anything. Maybe, yes, I should have filed a formal complaint, that's what I should do. The only foolishness that exists is the one that allows you to have a hostel without any type of accessibility for the disabled, with non-existent attention and with facilities that would not pass any inspection. Also, I'm not the only one who says it, read the comments please.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
