My family had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel. It is located only a few minutes' walk from Sassi Matera, and parking was easily available on site. The room and beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast served was plentiful and delicious. This hotel is family run, and they were gracious hosts throughout our stay.

The hosts are very sympathic and make you feel like home. The room is really perfect - best shower, very comfortable bed, mosquito net on windows and a lot of space for everything. The breakfast is fantastic and diverse - you will not be hungry until the evening. Also there is free parking in front of the house. Its a very short walk to beautiful historic center. Definitively the best accomodation we had in Italy so far. We will definitely come back! Grazie mille!

The room and eating area were extremely comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. There was gated parking. It took only 10 minutes to walk from the guest house down to the historic area of Matera. Breakfasts were unbelievable! Delicious meats and cheeses. Home-made tarts and Italian cakes. We were even able to put together a picnic lunch from the breakfast leftovers. If we were to visit Matera (or that area) again, we would definitely stay here. Out of the many guest houses and B&Bs we have stayed in over the past 5 or so years, H-SA guest house is tied for 1st place (with another B&B in Idaho). It was truly a remarkable and unforgettable experience.

I stayed with my family in this place for two nights.. My experience was fantastic, a brand new structure well looked after by the owners who manage everything, who are also very friendly and very nice people... They immediately made us feel as if we were at home... The cleanliness is top, and the morning breakfast is fantastic with a lot of choice of sweet and savory... Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
