The hotel was generally good to stay: Great location with restaurants, shops and markets nearby and friendly staffs. The major issue we had during our 7-nights stay was the noise. First, it was not a pleasant surprise to find out that there was an ongoing renovation of a hotel room at the same floor, right near to our room. Nobody mentioned about this when we checked in, and when we asked about it from the front, the response we got was something like "what's the problem, just deal with it". Of course it is understandable to have some renovation time to time in hotel business, but it could have been noted to us in advance and they could have provided some alternative measures/services for the guests statying at the same floor as a 4-star hotel, since it is not very nice to wake up to very loud construction noise early in the morning when you are on vacation, and whenever you're trying to get a rest during the day at your room, you have to just "deal with" the construction noise. Second, the hotel itself has some noise issues, too. You can very clearly hear the noise from the corridor and especially every single noise when the neighbor rooms' doors are closed and opened. The rooms have rather thin walls so you can hear the voices from other rooms quite clearly as well. I see that many other reviewers have mentioned the same issue in their reviews earlier, but apparently no improvements have yet made. Hopefully the hotel takes the issue into account.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful room with many amenities. There are many good restaurants nearby. Metro stations are little far but there is a taxi stand right on the corner. The breakfast buffet had good choices plus there was a menu option.

The hotel is in a very good location, safe and walkable, a lot of places to eat around. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful 5*. If you need a good base to explore Barcelona,this is the hotel to stay in.

I am not the type of person to write bad reviews unless I feel it’s extremely warranted. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. So many incidents happening with most notably an unannounced tradesman barging into our room (didn’t even knock) and without any notice and continued to break open our safe using his tools, we asked him several times what he was doing and he completely ignored us and continued to break open the safe. We were horrified and grabbed our personal belongings as soon as he broke it open before then telling us that he made a mistake and he was not in the right room. Other unfortunate incidents included finding random tradesmen in our room unannounced and on one particular day we asked reception twice for fresh towels because we missed our morning cleaning but they didn’t deliver. In addition, food and bev in the bar are completely overpriced with a Jack Daniel’s and coke costing €15 and a poke bowl full of white rice with barely and salmon costing €17! Some good employees I’d like to note is the breakfast manager and the tall gentleman at the front desk which has a goatee. Unfortunately for us this was barely a 3 star hotel.

We stayed here last October and have been back a few times since. Excellent and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
