We spent our Christmas at this delightful hotel, and it truly felt magical. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find rose petals on our bed, a thoughtful touch for our honeymoon. The entire room was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Impeccable cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. To add to the holiday cheer, a delightful Christmas dessert was delivered to our room, a gesture that truly touched our hearts. The panoramic view from our hotel room was breathtaking; I highly recommend opting for an upper-floor room to fully appreciate it. The hotel's breakfast exceeded expectations with a diverse selection of foods, juices, and more – a solid 10/10 for catering to various preferences, including my need for protein sources. Our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, offering delicious dishes that satisfied our palates. The rooftop bar, boasting delicious cocktails and a stunning view featuring the London Eye, was a highlight of our evenings. The staff, whether in the restaurant, bar, housekeeping, or at the reception, were consistently kind and helpful. The hotel's location, a mere 10-minute walk from Big Ben, allowed us to explore the city on foot, avoiding the need for the metro. Local amenities, including a supermarket, a nearby pub, and a convenient bus stop, further added to the charm of the neighborhood. In summary, our experience was exceptional, earning a solid 10/10. We will definetley visit again.

Great staff nice room. Amazing roof bar - must visit. Was quiet and great coffee machine. The lobby is wood and leather that makes a natural feel in central London. We will chose a quieter weekend for a better rate next time but great hotel.

Excellent place to stay in London. Good location, close to everything central. Great breakfast buffet and nice rooftop terrace bar. The room was very clean and pleasant with good size and nice decorations. Excellent customer service. The staff were amazing. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be more pleased with such a fabulous hotel. The lobby is underwhelming, but the rooms are fantastic. The service by the staff was excellent. Everything was very clean. But MOST impressive was their breakfast and dinner. They have such a fabulous restaurant that you must try it at least once while you stay. My favorite was the breakfast. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again

Can’t recommend this hotel. Made a booking, asked them to make sure the room was in a double configuration and not twin. Pressed them on it, as the booking is for a special occasion, and got a generic email back stating that they were very busy and that all requests are a best endeavour. Seems to me that Fawlty Towers would be a more hospitable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
