What can I say other than what a great little hotel. From the moment we met the staff were super friendly. The room was a good size as it even had a shower and small bath. The was a nice little bar and hot tub on the roof with good views over the city. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, good coffee and fresh juices. This hotel is one of many H10 hotels and I am sure they are all probably of a good standard. This one was easy to get to, the aero bus from the airport to the city centre and then a 15 minute walk down 2 roads, found it straight away. It is in a great location easy reach of everything and we felt super safe even late at night.

A great experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, courteous and helpful. The location was perfect and very near the beach and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. The shower was also super and a fridge, complimentary coffee were provided. I can't fault the hotel at all. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Top-notch location adjacent to the always-buzzing part of town. Metro station located right across the street so getting around and back was a breeze. Very friendly staff. The room was on the small side, but since it was only used for sleeping and washing up, wasn’t an actual issue. The room was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. The only downside of the room was the lack of soundproofing on the windows. In a city that never seems to sleep, you could hear all the noises from the street very clearly, even on the 3rd floor. So if you are a light sleeper, better bring those plugs or noise cancelling headphones. All in all, a very pleasant 4-night stay. Oh, did I mention the location? Perfect.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location in the Gothic quarter is the best for sightseeing. The hotel is close to the Jaume I metro which means you can be in other parts of the city quickly. You can also easily walk to the La Rambas area in about 10 mins. Staff:The staff were amazing. Super attentive and kind and willing to help with any questions you might have. They gave great restaurant suggestions! Room: I reserved a double room so it came with a built in wardrobe and a small chair and desk. It's perfect for one person but might be tight for two people. The cleaning staff kept the room super tidy during my stay and always gave me extra towels. Amenities: The roof top terrace is amazing. It has 360 views of the city and that is hard to find in the Gothic quarter. Overall: I think it was a great choice for sightseeing during my stay. The room and staff really helped to ensure I enjoyed my stay in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
