This is our second experience with H10 hotels. We enjoy the consistency of cleanliness, stylish properties and great locations, most of which have amazing rooftops. I do think the food and bar prices at this particular location are high, $20 for a cocktail is steep. Other than that we liked the experience. Our triple room on the ground floor was quiet and large. The hotel also arranged a car for us to move on to our next location which was very helpful.

All I can say is this was the most amazing hotel to stay in while on vacation. The views from the rooftop was beautiful. The room was so comfortable and breakfast was so delicious. The service at checkin was amazing, we arrived at 8:30 am and they held our luggage so we could go out exploring. We were also called when our room was ready. Thank you for making this a wonderful visit!

There’s a uniqueness to this place, that I’ve rarely witnessed before. That is, all members of staff, regardless of their role, provide a high and consistent level of service. The work ethic and culture that runs through the Palazzo Galla is outstanding. The hotel is stylish from top to bottom. The bar and lobby area, possess a 1920s feel with a contemporary twist. The rooms are sleek with sizeable bathrooms. Breakfast was organised, offered something for everyone and most importantly, very nice. The icing on the cake is the location, which can be enjoyed by viewing the magnificence of Rome from their rooftop terrace.

Exceptional! One night only and we are sorry it wasn't longer! We arrived early evening into Rome on a rainy night. A family of 6, 3 rooms! The staff of the hotel exceeded our expectations - on check-in, delivering luggage to the room, thoughtful notes left in the room and the takeaway breakfast packs for our 6:00am departure the next morning. The breakfast packs - extraordinary and generous! Thank you! The location is superb. The beds and bathrooms luxurious and well planned out. The staff were so kind and helpful! We will return to H10 - there is now no other choice for us in Rome! Thank you to all the Team there! You really are very special people!

Perfect location and very friendly staff! This hotel is beyond expectations and it is a 5-star hotel to me. Clean and beautiful room. Most attractions are in 15mins walking distance. Very convenient to walk around and explore amazing restaurants. Lobby staff are very nice and helpful. We appreciate their prompt help to catch the train. We will definitely choose here again for future stays in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
