We love The H10 Port Vell location. The pool is very small even though we didn’t had plans of using it. About 20-25min drive to the airport. 10-15 walk to the beach. 20-25min walk to the shopping street Boulevard. For us it was perfect, we will definitely stay here again.

Room was minimal in size, but adequate for our needs, room facilities were great, clean and tidy. Staff are first class, well dressed and most helpful & Friendly. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection and varied choices. We had a back room not a port facing room, although with hindsight the port facing rooms are hotter and a bit noisier, we were glad of our choice. Hotel is well placed for local transport with many bus stops and the metro very near by. Easy walk onto the harbour.

My recent stay at this hotel left me with a mixed impression. On the plus side, the hotel's staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay, and their hospitality was truly commendable. The location of the hotel was another strong point. It was conveniently situated near many attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area. However, the one major drawback was the persistent and off-putting odor in the room. The smell remained throughout my stay, which was quite disappointing.

Location was nice and close to the beach. The staff was friendly when we arrived but kept reminding us that we got a basic room and no breakfast.(no I don’t want you €26 per person breakfast. That’s obnoxious.) The pictures of the room are deceiving. We were placed on the first floor, turned towards a glass courtyard (that anyone could walk out to) you could see into the breakfast/bar area and we were right next to another room. The door out to the courtyard was glass. You could not vent the door, only open it. So no privacy whatsoever and could not keep it open while we were gone because anyone could easily walk in. The room was freaking hot. It was cooler outside. It was in the 70s but we could not open the door or shades without feeling like everyone could just walk in or see into our room. The pictures show a beautiful view of the scenery and beach. (Even for a basic room, so maybe change your pictures of the view to the 4x4 courtyard that looks into the breakfast are;)) The shower in the pictures show a huge walk in shower… yeah, no, we got the handicap shower. So we had a bathtub with a shower head and had no glass wall or shower curtain and the shower head was on the long part of the wall… weird. I’ve never seen a shower like that. So water got everywhere and it was not easy to shower. Tv did not work. The minibar… overly priced and had molding food in there. Just a horrible stay in general. For how much I paid, I’ve gotten WAY better rooms than this. This room shouldn’t even be an option for anyone. I felt like I was down in a dungeon. Don’t stay here. You’ll be better off in a hostile at this point.

Lovely old building, very good hotel,comfortable bedrooms, great staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Truly fabulous breakfast. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
