Nice hotel with very comfortable beds, good quality bed linens, and different pillow types. We were very comfortable & got great rest. The beds seem big for a single size bed. The rooms are nice & quiet. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet, even if it doesn’t come with your reservation; the breakfast is delicious, with everything you’d want, especially the fresh orange juice. The front receptionists are kind & helpful.

Perfectly situated for those attending the Real Madrid Stadium Santiago Bernabéu, the hotel boasts friendly staff, particularly Sylvia, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and a personal touch. She was truly eager to assist us, offering valuable advice about various places. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and featured sizable bathrooms.

We stayed here for one night on a layover and the location was perfect to fit in a few touristic things! It is within walking distance to the stadium, so perfect if you’re in for a game as traffic can get pretty bad! We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities but the lobby was beautiful, with a bar and dinning. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Great vfm ..including a welcome plate of ham, cheese and fruit in the room when we arrived late for a last minute booking after our flight from Madrid was cancelled. Very good breakfast buffet. 👌 We would use them again when we visit Madrid.

A life saver when our flight back to Malaga was cancelled and we couldn't get a hotel for the night. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet and with blackout curtains too. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. About 15 minutes in taxi to the airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
