I stayed at this hotel for one night. There are noise from above at night. There are no in-room food service, beside that it is an ok experience, a bit overprice.

Staff are really nice and helpful. They have a nice buffet breakfast, they even allow late checkouts if the room is available. They even have a modest gym with 3 machines and an indoor swimming pool (but it has a very strong plastic-y smell that is not like chlorine). Near good restaurants while at the same time not overcrowded. :)

Great location to Poem Mountain but not many restaurants or massage around the hotel. All the stores here close early. If you wish to enjoy the nightlife, here isn’t a great place for you. Friendly front desk is high light for the hotel. They can speak good English and willing to help. Breakfast was ok. However, it wasn’t many choices for western ppl. The room is big with nice view and equipped with good hair dryer.

The hotel's main appeal is the view on Halong Bay, given you have the right room. Besides that its rather run down and lacks the service quality you would expect from a four-star hotel. For example the breakfast, which is supposed to be a buffet. However on 2 of our 3 days there they simply cancelled it without any previous communication, only offering stale bread, an omelette and fruit. On top of this there were people smoking in the food area, which did not increase its appeal. The second example is our experience when booking a transfer with them to Hanoi. We confirmed with the hotel that the driver would drop us off about 2 to 3 km from our hotel in Hanoi three times, with the exact address. In the end the driver dropped us off over 25 km away from our hotel! When we contacted them on the phone to help us they simply kept insisting that we need to pay for a taxi by our own. In fact they even hung up on us twice since we did not want to accept that! So ultimately we had no choice than to organize the rest of the trip ourselves, having to pay a taxi out of our own pocket and loosing 2 hours of time in the overall process. This is certainly extremely unprofessional and pathetic behavior for a supposedly 4-star hotel. Do not stay there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
