A luxurious hotel with 4 star ratings Large room with all the amenities and best highlight was the unique blue transparent glass bathtub The view was excellent The buffet breakfast was great too There’s a gym and a pool too Should check it out when you are in Ha Long, Vietnam

The hotel room was incredibly spacious and clean, making it a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bathroom was also noteworthy, providing plenty of space to move around and get ready. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast options. The hotel offered a wide variety of food. The hotel's location was also very convenient as there were lots of stores nearby. It was great to be able to step out of the hotel and find everything I needed within walking distance. However, there were a couple of negatives. The hotel was located near a karaoke bar, which made it quite noisy at night. This was a little frustrating as I had hoped for a quiet and peaceful stay. The second issue was that there were only two lifts in the hotel, which made it difficult to get down to the lobby or breakfast place in the morning. This was particularly problematic during peak times when there were lots of people trying to use the lifts at the same time. Overall, while there were a few drawbacks, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The spacious and clean room, great breakfast options, and convenient location outweighed the negatives. However, if you are a light sleeper or don't like waiting for lifts, it might be worth considering these issues before booking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
