Great hotel!! Even tho we didn’t stay the whole duration due to personal reasons the staff were amazing with allowing us to cut our trip short and were hassle free with sorting us out a refund!! The location is abit quiet but the staff are what really make the hotel they are all helpful and super friendly!!

I haven't given the full 5 stars because of the room location which is not the fault of the hotel at all. Room 604 has a karaoke place a stone's throw away and the singing got louder as our stay continued (6 days). Having the windows closed dampened the noise but you could still hear it at 10pm or 6am. Other than that, the staff were excellent (professional, polite, knowledgeable about the area, tour booking). I loved breakfast. Seafood pho all day, every day for me. Location was great. On the other side of a very nice park and within walking distance of a lot of attractions. We stayed during the Lunar New Year and found it peaceful. Room was a good size for 3 people with an ensuite. They supply toothbrush, very small toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap and comb for free. Everything else was chargeable. Would recommend staying here as it's safe, clean and comfortable.

The place is in the middle of nowhere, not sure who wrote the reviews of good location, you can see A few islands, but there is little restaurants nearby that accommodate tourists. The biggest complaint would be the smell, the room smelt of old smoke every time we came back, and the shower had a sewer smell when we went in it. The breakfast was very limited, I think you are better of staying in the city, also we tried to book a cruise, however we attempted to negotiate the price, knowing that they charge almost double what the usual rate is, but they did not oblige. Also room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, there is no “do not disturb sign” so on the days it was cleaned we had loud knocking echoing around the corridor and into our room. Host speak quite good English however

Really nice place for the price. Room was clean, nothing broken and no exposed electrics (like a lot of hotels in Vietnam!). We got a room upgrade for free on arriving and the staff spent a lot of time helping us with a Ha Long bay boat tour. We did the one day tour offered by the hotel for $33 each and it was very good, would recommend. In terms of location, it's a little far away from the main city but a short walk (5mins) across the park and you can visit a large shopping mall with a big supermarket and a top floor full of good restaurants. Also pretty close to poem mountain (20min walk) entrance where you get the best view of ha long bay, Google it!

The twin room is big enough for the two of us. It's 10 minutes walk from the Vincom shopping mall and the cafes. Nice area and nice view. The receptionist service is great. The breakfast is okay. Clean rooms and toilet. 100% recommended. Hope to stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
