        Dont go! Water is ice cold, help phone hangs up and says wait... again hangs up... nobody cares and its not cheap at all! For that money washing possibility would be expected as its a basic need. Horrible service, doesnt exist. Will ask for money back, its robbery! Bathroom is really in lack of renovation, hairs in bath on top....shower is also leaking....again for that money should have gotten something a lot better than this dirty and old apartment with cold water. I was in Balconies 12.

        The air conditioning system was not working. I realized that the AC was disconnected from the electric panel, after calling the host they send someone and reconnected from the panel. The AC was making a lot of noise (a drill noise 3 times/minute) and they told us that it will only be a few minutes. We left for a dinner and when we came back the drilling noise was exactly the same as the beginning. Trying to relax or get a good night's sleep was virtually impossible due to this incessant and irritating sound. They had no fans either. The toilet was in a state of disrepair. We called multiple times but being an agency they would tell us that they will pass the message... On top of that the apartment in front of us woke us up at 5am doing an after party on their balcony (managed by the same company) I suspect that the AC issue was known before (reason disconnect from the panel). Our experience with this company has been very poor, unprofessional and frustrating

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
