Excellent hotel, we had a great time there The staff is very communicative and helpful. They helped us with recommendations on things to do and places to eat, and they even helped us find a good parking space. Our room was very clean and well-appointed. We had a minibar with free soft drinks, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is great. It's right next to the Blue Mosque and close to many other tourist attractions. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options both local and international, the coffee could be better though. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Wow, honestly this is one of, if not the BEST Hotel i've stayed in. The staff especially the manager is so kind, heartwarming and overall an amazing attitude. The stunning view in the breakfast room is breathtaking with the boshphorus strait and the blue mosque insight, not mentioning the sunrise you can see there! Can't forget about the walkability of this hotel, you could find anything everywhere here! I would literally climb a mountain just to stay here again.

Stayed here with my fiancee, the reception was really welcoming and gave us refreshments upon arrival, they also let us choose the room we wanted (select the garden if you have the same option) it was extremely clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. We had our own mini fridge that cooled drinks very well, upon check in they tell you that the drinks inside the mini fridge are included in the price so you have available 2 classic cokes two still water bottles and 2 sparkling water bottles. A safe was also present in the room, easy to use, we used it during our stay but we didn't feel it was necessary as staff was very accommodating. One night we went to the terrace to see the mosque and even though we didn't ask for it one of the personnel saw us go up and 3 minutes later came with two coffee's (thank you souch for that). You can tell that they are very attentive and want you to feel welcome. I would definitely tell anyone who wants to go to Turkey to stay here, i definitely would go back again without a doubt. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Now this one is a true gem. Was 9.9 on booking-com. Now I understand why. Very cozy rooms for the price. There is a bare dozen of rooms in the hotel. Beautiful view from roof-top terrace and breakfast place on last floor. Breakfast is…okay (coffee barely okay). Service is perfect. I would give it four stars, though officially it is a three/star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
