A beautiful and exceptional resort that deserves 5 stars across the board. First off, the employees here are so friendly and inviting. The rooms are beautiful, the views are beautiful, and the food at the Grill was so delicious! Our room overlooked the mountains and had an outdoor shower which we loved. There are three pools, all with a splendid view of the beautiful Tucson mountains. Restaurants were about a 10-15 minute drive so the location is perfect! Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is such a beautiful property! If you are considering staying here, the answer is yes. We are not generally people who spend much time in hotels when traveling. We usually find a low cost room, roll in late after a day of exploring, and leave early. But this trip was for my birthday so we wanted to treat ourselves on our weekend trip to Tucson. We were blown away by the views, food, and service. They even upgraded our room to make my birthday extra special, and it was. Our room faced east so we were awoken by a beautiful Arizona sunrise. I could not have asked for more!

This is an exceptional resort! Lovely room and amazing service. Lots of thoughtful little touches that make your stay special. Loved the outdoor shower! The spa is very good too. Shout out to Jerry, Silas, Chase and the entire team for such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

We went to the New Years Eve celebration last night. We were excited to go to this event at such a beautiful resort. Only to be completely disappointed in so many ways! We paid $150/person for dinner, dessert, & celebration after party. We met friends there early & enjoyed some cocktails in the bar while we waited for our reservation time of 8:30 pm. We were informed there would be a wait because they were running behind. We were seated at 8:45. We did not get our meal until 10:11pm even after speaking to the manager! We were told at the table gratuity was included but drinks would not be. Our bill came & was $418! We were charged over $70.00 for gratuity so it most definitely was NOT included! Waiting almost 2 hours for our meal was unacceptable but we didn’t want to make a scene so we just dealt with it. We then went to join the festivities which was included in our package. Because dinner took so long, we missed the band! So for the last few hours until midnight when we immediately left there was a not so great DJ who obviously had no clue how to read the room. We were planning on staying there but after this experience we said forget it & went home. Such a disappointing first experience at Hacienda Del Sol! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

We stayed at this hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was great. I am rating this hotel overall lower because we found a used condom in our room. I was completely disgusted as this is not something that you would find in a hotel room for the cost we had to pay. We informed the hotel as soon as it was discovered and did receive an "I'm sorry" from the front desk representative. It's just upsetting that this was the takeaway from our 10 year celebration. Update: Management reached out once. I have left several messages since for them to call me back but have not received a response.
