This hotel is definitely worth the money paid for. However, it still struggles with some stuff. If you guys work on it, this place will be superb The pillows were stained when we arrived The air-conditioning was working really, really low, and there is no way to make it higher as there was a nail hanging on the place I can make it high or low Sheets smelled like dust the first day, adding more towels. Two towels are not enough. Add something for the hand or the face Just work on that The location is amazing it is in the middle of everything The front desk is really nice and attentive I would recommend this place

I wasn't happy in this place. It is true it has nice pool, but all the rooms are around it. In the evening it is very loud from the street side, but also from the inside from the pool, they are letting kids and people to scream there till night, so when you are in room, you have it nicely stereo from both sides which ends around 3am, one hour peace, and around 4am began cars and motorbikes from outside. I did not sleep well even once here. Shower sprays nowhere and everywhere.

This hotel is worth the price you pay for it. There are issues but for the price, it is a good value. The location is superb - all of Playa is walking distance away. There are a variety of places to eat, drink or be merry very close by - so that's a plus. I didn't think the bed was comfortable - others who like park-bench-firm mattresses might disagree -so that's a draw. It feels like an older hotel so there were small things that weren't quite right. Yes bugs could get in through cracks in the door but we didn't really see any. Yes, it was loud at night from the club next door. Yes, there were small maintenance issues that needed attention (please fix the bathroom window-lock) but none of them were deal-breakers. All in all, if you were paying a premium price for this hotel you'd be disappointed - but you aren't, so it's OK.

I regret booking this hotel; it turned out to be the worst decision for my vacation at Playa, making it far from enjoyable. Despite claiming to provide internet, the reality is quite different. The internet doesn't function on the second floor, and when seeking support, they bluntly state, "We didn't promise internet on every floor, only on the first one." Consequently, I had to resort to working outside in coffee shops. Additionally, the shower presented problems. Despite displaying stickers about caring for the environment, obtaining hot water required leaving the water running for about a minute, contradicting their supposed commitment to conservation.

Bathroom is disgusting. Mold everywhere. Service is very plain. Beds are hard as rock. Super noisy rooms. The ac leaked from 5 am to 6 am.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
