Good stay at Hadrian Gate Hotel. Located in the heart of Antalya's historic old town, the location is unbeatable. We had a spacious family room with a large balcony at a reasonable price. The hotel's garden and pool are lovely retreats. However, the breakfast could be improved and cleaning needs a bit more attention. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Antalya.

This hotel has BED BUGS!!! When arriving to the hotel it did look a little unhygienic as some have written in earlier reviews, but we still gave it a chance which we deeply regret. After waking up with bites on our bodies, and finding the source of it, we confronted the hotel manager about this issue and wanted to end our stay right away. Unfortinately the hotel manager got furios at us instead and insisted they have no issues with bed bugs, even after seeing the pics we took. We left the hotel, unfortinately without any compensation, right away, and I would not recommend this hotel to any one due to these horrible events that occured. We have since then been in contact with 2 other guests that arrived at the same day as us, which has shared similar stories. The hotel manager threathens every guest that tries to discuss any sort of inconvinience with them, and uses fake reviews (local friends & family) which we have became aware of since in order to silence guests speaking out the truth. Please be careful!

This was the most disgusting hostel ever it is infested with bed bugs i still have nightmares from this NEVER AGAIN it destroyed our vacation & the guests beside us had the same issue this has cost us so much and no compensation hotell staff super rude!!!!

Not the best experience. Cleanliness of the room could be better, sheets where not clean either. Bathroom not convenient, shower looks like of another age. The worse, NO HOT WATER!! And breakfast is far too late (not before 8h30am...). Sorry not to be able to give a better feedback but recommending to absolutely avoid.

Absolutely terrible experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was bad and the drinks and food are not replaced when finished, poor customer service and we were told they only replace towels every 2nd day, making us use dirty towels. On the day of checkout they called our room 10 minutes before time to say we need to leave.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
