        The location was great 2mints walk to Al Ras metro station both sides water near to bazars restaurants. The staff was cooperative and friendly. Room was spacious specially recommended for families. But there are some things which should be improved and need renovation. Like fridge bathroom taps bath room hangers were rusty. Otherwise the location was great and we really enjoyed our stay in Hafez hotel. Recommended for families.

        Stay away from these people. They have cats living in the corridor on the luggage carts. One man has a severe infection on his hands who works upfront. They lie and say they will refund you and never do. The hotel is filthy with cockroaches and bedbugs. He alls are blackened and it is overall very disgusting. You cannot live here even for a day. I want a refund and they will not give me it. I never stayed there and they stole my money.

        Please Don’t ever book a room here unless you are ready to live with bugs, insects and you are happy to experience the lowest cleanliness standards you have ever seen. You are expected to bring your own bedsheets as the ones they provide have not been washed since more than 10 years, the smell is horrible and they don’t care as every bit of the building smells like that. I went to their reception to find out that other guests at the hotel are leaving because the room is dirty and the beds are filthy.

        I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience with the room, toilet, and service. The room itself was quite impressive, offering a comfortable and cozy ambiance. The furnishings were tasteful, and the amenities provided a sense of luxury. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, my positive impressions were marred by the state of the toilet. It was disappointing to find that the cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. The toilet seemed neglected, with issues like leaking faucets and a generally unclean appearance. This was a significant downside to my stay, as a clean and functional bathroom is a fundamental expectation. Regrettably, there was no bath towel, tooth paste, tooth brush, chappel etc provided the service also left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive to requests. It was a challenge to get their attention, and their lack of enthusiasm was noticeable. This lack of attentive service hindered the overall experience and made me feel undervalued as a guest. In conclusion, while the hotel room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, the poor condition of the toilet and the lackluster service significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes these aspects into consideration and makes improvements to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all guests.

        I’m resting in the middle of the night at level 3, and someone at 1.38am fall his tool on the floor outside my door. Is maintenance going on during midnight? No bath towel, bed is itchy. The rest of the comment same as those previous who stay before with uncomfortable experience

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
