We booked Haian Beach Hotel and Spa. I must say we had a fabulous time here. We booked a partial sea view room and it was an amazing sight. The rooms were neat , clean and comfortable. The staff is prompt and helpful. They try to solve any issue you have. The location of this hotel is beyond excellence. Across the hotel is the beach with many shacks and eateries. The nearby area has market and eateries so you will face no issues there.The breakfast buffet is elaborate and has many vegetarian options. I fell in love with the vietnamese food here. We had an amazing experience during our stay on this property.

Amazing hotel. First, the location is awesome. Right on the beach and close to many great spots if you go inland a couple blocks. The breakfast buffet is top notch. The spa is also awesome. Pricier than other places but still under $50 CAD for a true spa experience. Would stay longer next time!

Great location. The hotel and rooms are dated, but clean. Hated the bathrooms, there are no shower curtains and only a bathtub with a handheld nozzle. We got water everywhere on the floor!! But the view was great right on the beach, and got to watch the surfers, also very walkable to other fun parts and street market. Afternoon tea and snacks is nice. Bed and pillows were comfy. But would not stay again because of the bathrooms.

Great experience at this hotel. Stayed for 10 days, and service was impeccable. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was simple but good. The housekeeping was very good, they came everyday, sometimes twice a day. You can tell everyone here will go the extra mile to make you happy. The location is perfect here, it's close to the An Thuong district which is full of international food and services. Pool bar is nice and the pool is clean.

Weather was bad throughout our stay so didn't get the full effect of the hotel location right across from the beach. Rooms and service great. Breakfast also great. The hotel being built beside didn't impact us as no work was being undertaken during our stay but it is pretty close to the room windows on that side.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
