Nice hotel right in front of the river of Guangzhou. Rooms are ok and the breakfast is average. ( no English breakfast, has to improve). Staff is friendly and supportive. Jessica from the front office staff is very nice and helpful. Easy access to many areas and attractions.

we are in china, guys. please don''t expect them to speak your language, we should try to use theirs. purchase a room from booking app. at the counter they will asked for ¥300 security deposit. i had a room with a river view, a very good scenery at night. for me room is very good with amenities. it feel like a luxury hotel. worth your money

Smelly, dirty and managed by unpolite personell. It was difficult to get a cleaner room because there weren't this many and because the manager didn't want to admit the hotel is in a critical higienic situation. My room was supposed to have a river sight, but had no window in reality ! Last but not least, they never gave me back the deposit required to check in. Never been in a horror place like that.

Room: i got a river view room but the window is so small that i couldnt enjoy the river view. The room is so smelly, probably because of the old furnitures and the air conditioner also there is not air circulation into the room. The room is so dark because there arent enough lamps. Staff: the staffs were so bad, no one really understand english even the receptionist, and try to communicate we them was super difficult issue. They even didnt understand "small towel" is, and also they even couldnt understand how to change the TV language from chinese to english. Location: the only good thing with this hotel is the location near the river, and about 1km from beijing road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
