Hakone Fura was wonderful. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the owner from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The rooms and facilities were great. There are the usual male and female baths, which are available to book as private baths after dinner. We opted for half-board, and we're glad we did! Both meals were exquisite... easily the best food we've had so far. There's also no chance of going hungry! This Ryokan is easily accessible via bus from Gora or Lake Ashi and the Owakudani plumes are visible from the windows! There is also a 7-Eleven about 5-minutes' walk away.

Absolutely amazing ryokan experience! Thank you for the hospitality! Our group enjoyed spacious comfortable rooms with comfy bedding, hot tea, we loved the hot spring. It was fun to wear kimonos offered by the hosts. A separate thank you for the incredible feasts on the night of our stay and for breakfast. We’ve stayed at ryokans before. It was a whole new level of awesome.

After arriving at the inn, I thought, ``Huh? I've been here before! ”, I noticed when I used it for the second time. At first I visited with my mother, but it was probably the first time in 10 years? I apologize for the inconvenience, but when I arrived, the front desk was on the second floor, up a rather long flight of stairs from the road. This staircase reminded me of this. When I first came here, I thought that I wouldn't be able to bring my mother here when she got older. For some reason, I had forgotten what kind of inn it was because I had completely forgotten about it, but the moment I entered the restaurant, I suddenly remembered how delicious the food was. The seasoning is really great. I think it's beautiful, elegant, easy to eat, and the ingredients are very good. There wasn't a single thing that I thought wasn't good enough. I'm also curious as to why I can't remember if it was so good, but the bath was the best. The quality of the spring water was really good and my skin was so smooth that I felt comfortable until the morning. Maybe it has been renovated? Although it wasn't very large, the view from the bath was beautiful with lots of greenery. The room was a corner room. Every corner was thoroughly cleaned and I felt very comfortable during my stay. It was so quiet that we were the only guests. When I thought about it, there were several other groups at the restaurant, so I felt that it was a hotel where the noise didn't bother me too much. Why didn't you remember? . . I definitely want to go again 🙌 It's a quiet inn located a little inside from the main street. Recommended 🤗

The food and atmosphere were very good and I had a relaxing time. The bath seems to be fed by a hot spring bath, but it is unfortunately small. You can rent it out for private use, but you won't be able to go in whenever you want, so it's recommended if you're not primarily into hot springs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
