Lovely little onsen in Hakone. Ran by a lovely little family who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food was simply amazing, a variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner that we were excited to try! Make sure to arrive early to allow them to prepare your dinner in time, we arrived late not knowing this but were very grateful to be served at late notice. Onsen spa was readily available for men/women and private spa was able to be booked at last minute - well worth it! Rooms were clean, futons were very comfortable. Only difficulty is the location as it is in a remote area of Hakone - can be accessed by bus and short walk but would recommend taxi / car. They also gave us a lift in the morning for the start of the Hakone loop. Wonderful experience overall!

Owners and staff are extremely nice. Food is absolutely delicious, room was spacious and comfortable. And Onsen is on-site and included. Highly recommend staying at this ryokan to others

Lovely ryokan with a nice onsen and traditional Japanese rooms - ours had both futon and Western-style beds. Very friendly staff with a good level of English. Peaceful location a short walk from the bus stop, free transfers to the cable car / rope way station. Easy to get to Gora and the volcano. Breakfast was also superb! Highly recommended.

Matsura San was super helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, onsen was small but somewhat private (I was alone most of the time), the Kaiseki Ryori was above expectations, though it's our first time, but all the dishes were very well made and super tasty! We also tried the hot mud therapy it was not as hot as expected, but nevertheless a new experience for us :) Thanks Matsura San, we had fun! Will surely visit again!

Fabulous small ryokan hotel. Staff ate very friendly and enthusisatic. Away from the crowds but close enough to get the Hakone Ropeway station. The food is traditional Japanese style; very tasty and it was varied on both days we stayed here. If you like trying different food and not scared of fish, then give it a go. The hotel arranges to drive you to nearby stations too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
