Location: location is very convenient. They have a bus stop right outside of the hotel. Can go to hakone shrine very easily. Food: amazing buffet style dinner and breakfast. Lots of choices of food , such as shrimp tempura, sushi, noodle, ice creams, salad. Drinks are also offered in coffee, beer, sake etc. Onsen: the hotel has its own onsen with great view! They have both indoor and outdoor onsen. During winter it’s very enjoyable ! Overall, it’s an amazing experience. By looking at the pictures cannot justify how fancy and quiet it is. Great ambience! I believe they just remodeled it not that long ago, so everything is pretty new and good wooden quality! highly recommended!! Staffs are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is newly opened and it does feel like a lot of the staff are still a little unsure of operations. While not unfriendly the service is not at the standard one gets used to in Japan. Having said that one of the staff (an older gentleman) was very friendly to our four year old and spoke good English. The room we had on the 3 floor was very small for four people, but we knew this when we booked as it was peak season, but it is worth noting in case young kids are with you. Dinner was fully booked when we tried to reserve it and it seems odd that they cannot provide for all their guests. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options and good quality. Overall not a bad experience and I am sure it will get better as everyone gets more experience.

Computer checkin, which is not very helpful as a foreigner. I just had to ask random workers who sometimes spoke English what times things were at, etc. Other than that, the breakfast buffet is awesome! The rooms and the hotel and onsen were very clean with a good view and it's nice that Yunessen price is included

I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet for dinner and breakfast. It has good food available for any nationality. The rooms were comfortable and stylish along with the open bath. The staff being nice as well. My discomfort was with the sewage smell that seemed to fill up our room, which seemed to come from outside. All-in-all, it’s a good hotel. It was my second time staying there, so it’s sad to hear that it’s closing after 60 years.

The door man helped two half frozen, lost tourists out with directions, a warm drink and offered the shuttle service to get us to Gora station on 11 Nov. His kindness and hospitality moved us immensely, and we'll come back here for a stay in future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
