Was such a wonderful experience for our one night stay here. You will not be disappointed booking here. I knew I wanted to try something different in Hakone for an onsen stay with half boarding, and looked at the limited reviews about this hidden gem of French cuisine by chef Saito. Decided to pick this place even though there’s no view of the mountains but the backyard was such a calming and relaxing view to watch. We were absolutely blown away by his creativity, artistry in presentation and the food composition, and the taste of each dish was so flavourful. He deserves so much more attention for his food, if this was offered in central Tokyo no doubt the cost of this meal would be so much higher but it was so worth it for a one night stay that also included an amazing French breakfast! The raw tomato juice and the finale of a perfect custard pudding! Truly everything was perfect, thank you for the great hospitality and letting us store our luggage before check in and after when we wanted to go for lunch before departing Hakone.

The best service I have ever received. The receptionist was very quick and respectful and went beyond my expectations. We were able to check in a few hours earlier! And when some really hungry people in my party needed to use the microwave to heat up combini food, the pastry chef helped them heat it up with no fuss. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan.

Amazing experience. The hot springs and the breakfast are a must! The staff is so caring and attentive. We arrived very late at night and they prepared a meal just for us. Beautiful, clean and peaceful. You'd be missing out if you didn't stay here. Mariko Tsukimura was the name of our amazing host. We owe our amazing stay all to her.

Excellent choice if you are looking for traditional ryokan style hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable with extended hours access to on-site onsen. The hotel is very quiet and will suit people who are looking for a relaxing classic stay in Sengokuhara /Hakone. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room ( without Western beds) and liked it a lot. Staff spoke basic English, which however was enough to get by. We had everything provided for personal hygiene and onsen experience: pijamas, towels, bath sponge, combs, q-tips, tooth brushes+paste, razors+gel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning. Small but perfect - make sure you take time to enjoy the breakfast, which is probably one of the nicest I've ever had! The onset was nice, but I felt it was too hot in the male section. My girlfriend said the woman's one was just right, however.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
